“Everyone is a genius. But if you judge a fish on its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid.” Albert Einstein
Children, especially babies, are very smart. They eat when they are hungry and sleep when they are tired. As adults, many of us eat when we are tired, stressed, depressed, happy, and the list goes on. We also make up all kinds of excuses as to why we can’t get the recommended eight hours of sleep each night. Instead of going to sleep, we choose to drink caffeine then set an alarm clock to wake us up. Who is smarter, the newborn infant or her parents?
Intelligence comes from connecting with who you truly are. Learning to trust your intuition, hear your body’s messages, and understand the meaning of what the universe is showing you will take you down the path to wholeness.
